On the May 29 at the closing of IV International Festival of Short Films Wiz-Art 2011 Jury named the winners of this year Festival. During 4 days jury (Ruth Paxton, David Lindner and Ihor Podolchak) as well as audience had to choose the best works. So, Wiz-Art 2011 Awards go to the films below.

"This film impressed us with its light and fearless storytelling, with its characters and its humor. In a strange world we become partners in crime and go along with the plot to a surprising twits with unseen horrors.

'The BEST FICTION AWARD at Wiz-Art 2011 is given to the masterful short, CIGARETTE CANDY. The US-set narrative, featuring a disturbed teenage marine (with an exceptional lead performance by Jonathan Orsini) is powerful and finely nuanced, and speaks a universal truth. Praise goes to director Wolkstein who has tackled strong subject matter with great elegance in just over 10 minutes. The Jury eagerly anticipate future works by this talented filmmaker'.
